A high definition digital camera is attached under the balloon with an aluminium and carbon fibre fitting.

Remotely operated from the ground, it pans 360° and tilts to 210°.

The advantage of this technique is the possibility to shoot at any angle from up to 500 feet in altitude.

The image is monitored via a professional quality transmitter and receiver which sends the image in real time to a screen on the ground.
